Coach Ansley started his coaching career in 1995-1998 as boys’ basketball coach at Wylam Elementary school.

 

In football, he began coaching as a volunteer at Bush Middle under Coach Eric Johnson 1998-2000.

 

Then in the high school level, he coached under Coach Jackie Hurts at the Carver Rams. This is where he developed as a coordinator in 2000-2006.

 

Next, he landed as a coach at Sumiton Christian in 2007-2012.

 

Then, he went to Alabama Prep Sport Academy (2016-2017), where he gained more experience and realized his coaching skills were on the college level.
